Quality Control
ISO 9001 quality management, defined inspection checkpoints, and production verification supported by traceable records, dimensional review, and visual QC updates.
ISO 9001 Quality Management in Daily Operations
Our mold factory and molding department are ISO 9001 certified, and we strictly follow ISO 9001 quality management procedures throughout our daily operations.
Our quality policy is straightforward: meet customer specifications, verify critical requirements, and communicate evidence clearly. From mold design to manufacturing, inspection, testing, and delivery, quality control is built into every step of the process.
We pursue precision from the very beginning. Every mold design is carefully checked against the client's drawings, specifications, tolerances, and functional requirements before being submitted for approval.
All incoming materials, including mold bases, steel, heat-treated parts, and standard components, are inspected before production. During mold manufacturing, each component is checked before moving to the next process. If any non-conforming part is found, it is corrected or replaced immediately.
Before delivery, each mold is inspected according to the approved design and customer specifications to ensure stable performance, accurate dimensions, and reliable production results. When required, customers can review inspection reports, photos, and visual QC updates throughout the project.
4-Stage Quality Inspection Process
Material Verification
Incoming certificates and material checks before production
In-Process Monitoring
First article sign-off and defined dimensional sampling
Final Inspection
CMM dimensional verification against specifications
Documentation
Inspection records prepared for delivery review
Incoming Material Validation
- Raw compound certification review
- Shore A/D durometer calibration testing
- Tensile strength and elongation verification
- Batch-level color consistency check
In-Process Quality Checks
- First article inspection (FAI) before release
- Defined dimensional sampling during production
- Visual defect monitoring (flash, flow marks)
Final Release Inspection
- Critical dimensional verification via CMM
- Batch consistency validation against FAI
- Customer tolerance compliance review
- Formal inspection report generation
Precision Testing Infrastructure
- Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM)
- Optical Vision Measuring Machine (VMM)
- Calibrated Shore A/D durometers
